The lessons of our cooking school complete the experience at the Locanda, involving you in what is an essential element of Italian life: cooking. Over the years we have developed fun lessons where the guest can learn special dishes with the help of the cook Elisa. You can learn the methods of preparing handmade pasta or a Maremma recipe from appetizer to dessert. The experience ends with a delicious lunch of dishes cooked in the garden accompanied by a good local wine.
